Product Application.
There are several ways to apply our exciting new products. The ideal approach will vary depending on volume. In an effort to meet the needs of smaller and larger wineries alike, we have several options to choose from.
- Semi-Automatic Machine.
We have developed a semi-automatic machine that is suited for smaller wineries with limited production capability, or for larger wineries that want to get started immediately. Machines are subject to availability.
- Mobile Bottling Services.
We are currently designing and developing a full-service, mobile bottling line to apply our new products. This new mobile line will provide a turn-key bottling service for wineries large and small and will support 375ML, 750ML, and 1.5L capacities at line speeds up to 80 BPM. The costs for this service have not yet been established but we expect them to be competitive with current industry pricing. For availability and scheduling, please contact our sales department.
- Fully Automatic, High-Speed Application Equipment.
We are currently working with application machinery manufacturers to design and develop free-standing equipment that will be capable of supporting line speeds as high as 500 BPM. These manufacturers currently provide some of the highest quality and most reliable bottling equipment available to the industry. Our technical team will work closely with your production team to ensure a smooth and successful transition, including configuration, set-up, testing and operation.
